Simply book in advance to secure availability, and enjoy the freedom to stay on the move while we take care of your car.
Loan vehicle terms & conditions
Please read and acknowledge the following:

Tollway Use
​
Toll road use is not included. Any toll charges incurred will be passed on to the customer. An admin fee may apply.

Accident Damage & Insurance Excess
- The vehicle is insured. In the event of any accident or damage, an insurance excess of $2500 is payable.
- The excess applies regardless of fault unless a third party admits liability in writing.

Vehicle Condition
- The car must be returned in a reasonably clean state.
- Excessive dirt, rubbish, or stains may incur a cleaning fee up to $120.00
Pets
- No pets allowed in the courtesy vehicle. Cleaning and deodorising fees apply for violations.
Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Cleaning and deodorising fees apply if smoke is detected.
Driver Restrictions
- Only the nominated driver may operate the vehicle.
General Use
- For private, on-road use only.
- Return with the same fuel level as when provided.

Loan Conditions & Additional Fees
- The loan car is $66.00 including GST per 24 hours
- A $30.00 penalty fee plus the cost of fuel will be incurred if the loan car is returned with less fuel that it departed with.
